Paxton R. Guymon is a seasoned real estate lawyer, specializing in land use, zoning, development, and real estate transactions. He has significant experience in both transactional work and litigation, successfully representing a diverse clientele in state and federal courts. Guymon has been repeatedly recognized as a top real estate lawyer by Utah Business Magazine and Mountain States Super Lawyers magazine. He served as Chair of the Real Property Section of the Utah Bar and was honored as “Distinguished Real Property Practitioner of the Year” in 2019.

Guymon holds a J.D. from the University of Utah College of Law and currently serves as in-house general counsel for Edge Homes, while maintaining an affiliation with York Howell law firm.
