He also founded and was former President and Chairman of RealSource Companies, which developed a billion-dollar multi-family investment portfolio and completed over $6 billion in investment transactions while maintaining self-management and private ownership. Michael’s experience, industry recognition, and CCIM designation make him an invaluable team asset.

Kent Anderson

Kent Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and development. He is responsible for the development and operation of the PREIshare Real Estate Syndication Platform.
He brings over 35 years of experience in institutional and real estate investment services. He has managed over $5 billion in institutional investments. More recently. He led the acquisition of just under $1 billion in 66 shared equity and mostly multi-family properties purchased with $287 million in equity.

He is uniquely qualified for this position with a wealth of real estate experience in various asset classes, and national recognition as an expert communicator with over 100 television appearances and numerous radio and podcast interviews.
