Step 1:

COMPLETE the PREliminary QUESTIONNAIRE

A. COMPLETE PRELIMINARY QUESTIONNAIRE

Complete this questionnaire to ensure you meet our initial qualifications as a sponsor prior to completing the main sponsor application. 

B. REVIEW SPONSOR AGREEMENT

Please review our terms and conditions. Sponsor Agreement does not need to be signed until Step 2. 

Step 2:

Pay THE Onboarding Fee

The PREIshare team will contact you when it’s time to pay your onboarding fee. 

Step 3:

Complete the Application process

A. COMPLETE THE APPLICATION

(1) Complete via a PDF program

OR

 (2) Print and handwrite responses

B. COMPLETE THE REAL ESTATE SPREADSHEET

Download spreadsheet by going to: File –> Download –> Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
OR
Save/complete as a Google Sheets by going to: File –> Make a Copy

C. EMAIL APPLICATION AND SPREADSHEET

Email the application from A (above) and the spreadsheet from B (above) to sponsors@preishare.com.

D. COMPLETE REFERENCES FORM

Complete the form below to provide 5 professional references. 

E. SIGN THE SPONSOR APPLICATION SIGNATURE PAGE

F. SIGN THE SPONSOR AGREEMENT

NOTE:

After steps A through F have been completed, a team member at PREIshare will contact you. 

Step 4:

Professional Review Process

The PREIshare team will review and ensure your application meets our acceptable sponsor standards. We’ll be in touch in approximately two (2) weeks. 

Step 5:

Sponsor Approval

The PREIshare team will contact you when you are approved to provide next steps in the onboarding process.

Sponsor approval is valid for 2-3 years. Sponsors must notify PREIshare if they have any disqualifying events (felonies, misdemeanors related to securities and bankruptcies).
