PREIshare Real Estate Liquidity Fund is a $100M fund that welcomes accredited investors to invest in opportunistic investments in various asset classes, types, geographies and sponsors throughout the United States.
The PREIshare Fund will purchase well-vetted _________ investment opportunities.
The fund allows our investors to spread out risk, potentially earn better returns, and reduce investment complexity. PREIshare puts every investment through our 700+ point due diligence checklist. Everything we do focuses on mitigating risk.
Investments in sponsors who are meeting or exceeding proforma projections.
Investments in (1) fractional shares based performance (not proforma) and (2) late-stage preferred equity investments (meeting or exceeding proforma projections.)

No. You’ll make a “soft commitment” with your desired amount. At that time, you’ll make a 10% initial contribution and we will send quarterly capital requests with information on the upcoming potential investments. We will hold as little cash on the books as possible as it is a drag on investment.
The sooner you invest, the more likely you will get your full amount invested. Depending on deal flow later investors may only get 50-60% of $1m commitment based on how fast it could ramp up and compound.
1% of total fund for Administrative + 10% of profits. Pari-passu all the way through. Investors get 90%, we get 10%.
Investors can start drawing down on their initial investment as soon as the following quarter.
There is no Preferred rate. Investors can take as much or as little of their gains as desired each quarter. The higher the amount reinvested the more compounding returns they can take advantage of.

While you can not control the overall fund, you can choose whether you invest in any quarterly tranche. We will provide as much detail as possible on upcoming investments so you can choose whether you like the direction we are going and want to participate in the upcoming capital contribution.
If you choose not to participate in a quarterly investment there is no direct penalty except that your amount is offered to other investors in the fund. Whoever contributes your amount will gain priority in future contributions respective to the percentage they covered for you.
We will accept up to 15% ($15,000,000) of the total Fund goal of $100,000,000 from any one investor.
There may be opportunities to take other investors’ positions if they choose or fail to make their capital contributions. You could also choose to raise your overall investment commitment giving you a higher percentage of the quarterly investments.
