Ryan Enk is an experienced real estate investor with over 20 years of expertise. His journey began with single-family homes and small multifamily properties, typically consisting of 16 units or less. Throughout his successful career, Ryan has explored various investment strategies, including buy and hold, lease options, bond for deed, property flips, commercial ventures, residential projects, light industrial ventures, and even Airbnb hosting.
In 2010, Ryan embarked on a new venture by establishing Playmakers Indoor Sports in Covington, LA. His business thrived, prompting him to open a second location in New Orleans within three years. In a remarkable achievement from 2015 to 2018, Ryan sold both locations, generating an impressive combined revenue of over $3 million.
Co-founding Servio Capital with his partner, Preston, Ryan now focuses on large multifamily properties with 50 units or more. Their extensive portfolio boasts over $200 million worth of assets, with a steady growth trajectory. Specializing in identifying “Value Ad” opportunities, engaging in arbitrage, and pursuing development prospects, Ryan and Preston have established vertical integration by operating their own property management company.
