Please sign our Sponsor Agreement if not yet completed.
STEP 2
amend operating agreements
1. Update current and/or upcoming offering documents.
Amend the Company Operating Agreement / Partnership Agreement, as applicable, to include the language set forth in Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the PREIshare Waiver and provide the Opinion of Company Counsel referenced in (C), or;
2. Sign and Upload Waiver of Restrictions on Sale of Interests
Substantially in the form found in Exhibit A of this Agreement, signed by the Company and all the members/partners thereof (See the Waiver for additional instructions)

Business casual is great. Cohosts and guests will sit behind a desk during filming so only one’s upper body will show on camera.
Yes, you’re welcome to film behind-the-scenes images/videos while you’re at the interview and would love for you to tag PREIshare in your posts.
We prefer to have guests live in person, but will have virtual interview options available in 2023.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest to watch the interview; however, please do not bring children. If you plan to have anyone attending filming with you, please let us know in advance so we can be prepared to welcome them properly.
PREIshare does not pay for travel expenses. However, here are some accommodations that may assist you in planning your trip.
With our current schedule, interviews go live approximately 2-4 weeks from film date.
