Location
The interview will be at our studio at 382 W 6110 S, Murray, UT 84107 with our co-hosts Christion and Caloni. Our video production team will also be on set.
Time of Interview
The start time of our interviews varies. You'll receive an email from our team with your scheduled film time.
Interview Length
Interview will be approximately 45-60 minutes. The total duration on set will be around 90 minutes including equipment checks.
Potential Discussion Topics
Real estate investing, real estate syndications, geographical areas you're investing in, lessons learned in real estate, where you think the market is headed, etc. If you’d like to discuss anything in particular, please let our co-hosts know when you arrive at the studio.

Flow of Interview
The interview typically follows this flow: (1) introduction to you / your company, (2) real estate discussion, (3) pitch for 506(c) offerings for approved sponsors only, (4) interview close.

As an Approved Sponsor with 506(c) offerings, you get the extra perk of pitching your 506(c) offering to our national audience of accredited investors.>>For what's allowable regarding your 506(c) offering, please consult your legal counsel to ensure you're within regulations.<<You can display a pitch deck, images or graphics on the monitor that is mounted on the wall behind where you'll be sitting at the studio desk. Ideas for graphics or images you may want to display include: image of asset, proforma illustrations, waterfall (what that looks like for your raise), management team bios and experience, etc.Please let us know if you'd like to discuss any additional items during your interview.

We prefer to have guests live in person at the studio. We will soon have virtual interview options available.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest to watch the interview; however, please do not bring children. If you plan to, have an adult attend with you, please let us know in advance so we can be prepared to welcome them properly.
